As one of the smaller state agents based in Whitley Bay they perhaps weren’t an obvious choice but this is one of their strengths as they are able to offer a more personalised service. After they had sold a different property on our street I contacted them and after meeting Lauren and Anna in person I knew they were the agent for us. They offered frank advice which we appreciated and agreed a plan for the sales approach. As a busy family one thing that we valued is that they like to do the viewings for you. For us this was over two days which meant that we weren’t having to have the house viewing ready for viewings over multiple days which as a godsend! The post sale service was also excellent with ourselves and our buyers kept up to date throughout the process. It was a bit of a journey for us but we were supported, advised and reassured throughout. Honestly can’t recommend Trading Places highly enough!"
